Starkville, MS, Wednesday, October 6, 2004, Dennis Howell, Synergetics Cabling Supervisor, has become a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). Only an estimated 5600 individuals are RCDD certified. The RCDD designates Howell as an expert in the design, integration, and implementation of telecommunications (voice, data, video, audio, and other low voltage control) systems. This professional designation was awarded to Howell by BICSI, a not-for-profit telecommunications association after successfully completing examination requirements.
