Starkville, MS, January 31, 2003, Synergetics DCS, Inc. acquired the North MS Computer Center, Inc. in Clarksdale, MS and the MS PC Warehouse, Inc. in Jackson, MS today for an undisclosed sum. Synergetics CEO David Palmer stated, “The acquisition is part of Synergetics’ strategy for growth and improving customer service through closer proximity to our customers. We expect that each company’s customer base will benefit from the acquisition through an expanded array of services and an increase in high quality service personnel.” The combined company will employ 45 information technology professionals and operate locations in Starkville, Clarksdale, and Jackson, MS.
